1. OUR SERVICES

The information provided via the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

By making a purchase through the Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for all charges incurred. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change.

6. CANCELLATION

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. The full list of prohibited activities includes, but is not limited to: engaging in automated data scraping, uploading malicious code, harassing other users, or using the Services in violation of any law or regulation.

8. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services may allow you to submit content ("Contributions"). You are solely responsible for your Contributions, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use them as outlined in these Legal Terms.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting Contributions, you grant us unrestricted rights to store, process, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Services.

10. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms and to take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update the information at any time without prior notice.

17. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, or expense arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Legal Terms.

20. USER DATA

We perform regular backups but make no guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.

21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

23. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
